It takes an incredible team. From our amazing and detailed groundskeeping and maintenance crew, which prefer to remain unnamed ;) and include aka the husband met 20+ years ago, to scheduling and accounting, our team is dedicated to providing magical and memorable days!

Rachel

You will see Rachel, our event manager, everywhere, all day. Her priority for you is being sure all the venue details are perfect for your special day.

And get this. Rachel’s wedding was the first wedding at the Sugar Pine Barn! To say she lives, breathes and loves the Sugar Pine Barn is an understatement.

Monte & Cher

Monte and Cher, our bartending couple extraordinaire, have been bartending weddings and events at the Sugar Pine Barn for years.

They love each and every opportunity to meet new people. Their experience with their combined energy ensures your wedding reception will be the best it can possibly be.

Konnor & Lil

Your guests are guaranteed a good time on your wedding day with our bartending couple, Konnor and Lil. Their goal is smiles and laughter from your guests all evening.
