As the owner of the Sugar Pine Barn, Carol-Lynn oversees everything, ensuring the venue is always ready for unforgettable celebrations. It takes an incredible team to bring the magic to life, from our dedicated groundskeeping and maintenance crew—who prefer to stay behind the scenes, including that same husband from 20 years ago—to scheduling and accounting, every detail is handled with care.

Monte & Cher

Monte and Cher, our amazing bartending duo, have been serving up exceptional wine and good times at the Sugar Pine Barn for years.

They bring experience, energy, and a friendly touch to every event, making sure your guests enjoy a seamless and fun reception. They love meeting new people and being part of celebrations that create unforgettable memories

Konnor & Lil

If there's a celebration happening, chances are Konnor and Lil are right in the middle of it. Whether they're pouring wine or sharing a laugh with your guests, they bring an energy that keeps the party going all night long.

Konnor is one of the winemakers at Tucannon Cellars, so every glass of wine served comes with a little extra pride. And their connection to Sugar Pine Barn runs even deeper. They were married here, celebrated one of the best days of their lives here, and have since welcomed two beautiful baby girls. Today, they're helping other couples create memories in the very place where their own story began.
